Unknown Maker Clear Brown Frilled Neck Lizard.  Clear brown vinyl with brown, metallic green and more paint.  I think at one point in time Lulubell was selling these, but could be wrong.  Pretty cool figure.  No markings.  Exactly as shown. Loose, no packaging, like new condition.
