RealxHead x Dustin Cantrell Custom Mutant Head.  Glow in the dark vinyl with custom paint by Dustin Cantrell.  Pinks, black, blue and more paint.  Very nicely done.  Initalled on bottom of feet and dated 2010.  Tiny bit of paint wear to the bottom of the feet, otherwise like new.  Displays great. Loose without packaging, like-new condition.
