Y-MSF's Duck Hedorah gets the full smog monster treatment with this incredible drippy effect. Black vinyl base with red and yellow paint, then covered in some kind of paint or sealer that's been deliberately dripped down the figure. You can still see residue on the bottom where excess was wiped off. The effect perfectly captures Hedorah's toxic, drippy nature - appropriate for a pollution monster. It's a neat artistic touch that elevates the already solid sculpt. Loose without packaging, like-new condition.
