Unknown? Taiwan Police Chicken Sofubi Bank

Unknown? Taiwan Police Chicken Sofubi Bank.  There is printing on the bottom of the bank, but comes out as Daisheng, or Student Production.  Not sure if it is an accurate translation or not.  Chicken figure with Republic of China aka Taiwan, uniform on.  Slot on top of head to put money in.  Bottom has a removable plug to take money out.  Few minor scuffs in the paint, nothing of significance.  Tiny, and I mean tiny, spot where paint is chipped on the right side top brim of the hat.  Still displays GREAT.  Unusual, I am almost leaning more toward being more plastic base than sofubi, but hard to tell.  Absolutely no articulation.  Loose, no packaging, in as described condition.
