Three Tides Tattoo Clear with Guts G-3

Three Tides Tattoo Clear with Guts G-3.  Extremely thick clear vinyl outer, then on the inside I am assuming it is black vinyl with green rub for an insert.  Outer is one piece vinyl with just a cap on the bottom, cannot imagine trying to get the inner vinyl in there!  Sculpted by Betch from my understanding, all based on Japanese yokai.  PLEASE NOTE.  There are some minor and not so minor vinyl drips in the clear vinyl outer.  They are in the inside of the vinyl and overall do not affect the vinyl, it is as received new.  Just please understand that they are there.  Figure is loose, no packaging, liike new condition.
