Shrek #1 from Dark Horse Comics, 2003—back when the green ogre was still fresh and comics tie-ins weren't automatic cash grabs. Features work by Mark Evanier, who knew how to handle licensed properties with both humor and respect, plus art by Ramon Bachs. This one slipped past a lot of collectors who dismissed it as kid stuff, but it's become surprisingly tough to find in decent condition. Near mint and ready for whatever shelf space you've got.
