Before Powers made him a superstar, Michael Avon Oeming was crafting atmospheric horror with Bryan Glass in Ship of Fools. This 1997 zero issue from Image shows the creative duo establishing their maritime nightmare with the kind of moody artwork that would become Oeming's trademark. Near mint condition preserves all the subtle color work and fine line detail that makes this early collaboration so compelling to revisit.
