Secret Handshake Toys Dilly of a Kappa Briner

Secret Handshake Toys Dilly of a Kappa Briner.  Green and yellow vinyl with green, purple, pink and so much more paint.  There are definitely spots of overspray here and there.  Dont really show until you get them in a good light, particularly on the back bottom edge of the shell.  Only issue, otherwise like new.  Still displays great, spots are mostly noticable in a bright light.  Loose, no packaging, in as described condition.
