Reckless Toys x Mike Sutfin Rust Mad Battle Man.  Orange vinyl with reds, bronze, gold and a whole lot more paint.  There are random bits of paint here and there spots of gold, bronze, silver and more on the helmet and on the body, and I mean lots.  The way it is supposed to be.  Not a neat and tidy paint app, but was painted this way.  Still nice, displays great. Loose without packaging but in like new condition.
