Pico Pico x Blobpus Glow Gakki Kun.  Glow in the dark vinyl designed by Pico Pico, incredible paint app by Blobpus.  This was released at Monster Salon back in 2015 from what I can gather.  Not a custom, I believe, there could not have been many painted.  Nice color palette, blue, red, green and more paint.  Signed Blobpus on bottom of the foot.  Loose, comes with header only, like new condition.
