Kuidaore Toy Black x Blue Nyanzeon.  Darker blue vinyl with black paint rub.  Back of the head has a slot cut in it so you could use this as a bank.  Plug in the bottom of the vinyl which can be removed if so desired. Loose without packaging, like new condition.
