Grody Shogun Happy Go Lucky Shrek.  Pretty sure this is from the design a head offered by Luke way back when.  Just not sure who did the head.  Nicely painted, one bit of mess up on the one spot on the front circled in pics.  Green vinyl painted up exactly as shown.  Even with the one spot it still displays great.  Loose, no packaging, in as described condition.
