This Leh Wanda from Bandai's Choushinsei Flashman line showcases that classic tokusatsu villain aesthetic. Grey vinyl base with black, blue, and additional paint applications that bring the character to life. Has a tiny black spot below the knee and a minuscule blue spot on the back wing—both very minor considering the figure's age. Still displays beautifully and shows well for a vintage Bandai piece.
