Neil Gaiman's 1602 #2 pairs the master storyteller with Andy Kubert's detailed artwork for Marvel's Elizabethan superhero experiment. Gaiman transplanting familiar Marvel characters into historical England created something genuinely unique in 2003. Near mint condition preserves both Gaiman's intricate plotting and Kubert's period-appropriate character designs. This series proved Marvel could still surprise readers when the right creative team got involved.
